Unearthing the Mystery of "it"...

Friends, I write about people and real situations and realise that the more you communicate, the more there is to write about! Wow - I hope that these musings actually help somehow...drawing conclusions from the emails that have been coming through. Anyway, I had to write today about the mystery or should I say unearthing the mystery of "it"...

Shane, someone who I was conversing with quite recently realised that there is something deeper to all the trappings which can be offered to a human, but, what is this something? Therein laid the mystery...Shane has a good education, and works as a consultant sometimes you know a colourful career happening, good support network of family and firends but somehow...Something (it) was missing. So as Shane set about to discover what this 'it' was, we realised that 'it' became more elusive and unfathomable or unthinkable, yet the simplest way to describe what was missing was 'it'.

If you met Shane, you'd realise that they are a perfectionist and having this mysterious it missing made Shane more flustered. I did let Shane know that I'd write my next my post about the mystery of 'it' but not necessarily to give the answer but to at least unearth the possibility of what the missing 'it' was. So Shane realised that even though you may have your life path mappped or your career ready to take off, this does not mean that you will have total satisfaction, maybe there is the need to look at the inner self to discover the 'it' which has been so elusive.

Fancy thing is that 'it' cannot be bought...nor can 'it' be stolen, however I would suggest that in this case 'it' is the unspoken dream of the soul of Shane. The one burning desire to capture all of the imagination, yet the eerie sensation of accomplishing just that one little goal. Therefore 'it' has no boundaries nor true comprehension, just that the definition may change from time to time as to what specifically is 'it'. What may be stated is that once 'it' is found, and say it is found today, then tomorrow there is a new and undiscovered 'it' that has to be solved. This by the stretch of the imagination is what may be called life and living, where there is more and more that the mind needs to explore and the soul needs to achieve.

In this instance, I know that Shane will read this and so will Shane's friends who will look out for the best interests. Therefore I suspect that there may be some comment forthcoming as to what 'it' could possibly be, as well as ways to find/discover 'it' and look to share with friends and colleagues. Please, be certain to share the answer to what 'it' was and we look forward to helping each other. This ultimately is what a leader is made up of - helping others in one sense or another.

The unearthing of the mystery of 'it'...
